Routes
The right route depends on your family.
Programmes differ in cost, speed, travel access and what you are left holding at the end. We walk you through the options that suit your family, and tell you plainly when a route is not the right one.
Citizenship by investment
A donation to the state. The fastest way to a second passport, and the money is spent — there is no asset at the end of it.
- Vanuatufrom $130,000
The quickest route available, and the narrowest travel access.
- Dominicafrom $200,000
- St Kitts & Nevisfrom $230,000
- Antigua & Barbudafrom $230,000
- Grenadafrom $235,000
- St Luciafrom $240,000
Residency by investment
An investment rather than a donation, and most routes leave you holding an asset. Residency is not citizenship — each carries its own qualifying period before that becomes a question.
- Maltafrom €135,000
- Hungaryfrom €250,000
Ten years, renewable, with no requirement to live there.
- Portugalfrom €250,000
The cultural route. The property route closed in 2023.
- Greece€250,000–€800,000
Tiered by location since 2024. The lowest band is narrow.
Before anything else
Several of these programmes do not accept every nationality, and the restrictions are rarely advertised. Whether you qualify at all is the first thing we check — before you have paid us anything.
About these figures
Minimum qualifying investments only. They exclude government, legal and due-diligence fees, which are substantial. Thresholds move — Greece raised its in 2024, Portugal closed its property route in 2023 — so every figure here is confirmed on enquiry. Last reviewed August 2026.
We don’t just process applications. We help you build a future where your family can live, travel and thrive.
